Grace Ice & Water Shield®
The leading self-adhered membrane roofing underlayment offers premium leak protection for sloped roofs subject to the effects of ice dams or wind driven rain. The membrane is designed to be applied to the roof deck prior to the application of the finished roof coverings (shingles, tile, metal).



 

Grace Ice & Water Shield HT®
Grace Ice &Water Shield® HT is a premier membrane designed to deliver premium in-place performance for high temperature applications. It is composed of two waterproofing materials— an innovative and proprietary rubberized asphalt adhesive combined with a high performance polymeric film with UV barrier properties. The rubberized asphalt surface is backed with a foldless release paper that protects its adhesive quality. During application, the release paper is easily removed, allowing the rubberized asphalt to bond tightly to the roof deck. In addition, embedded in the membrane is a split release on demand feature called Ripcord®.

 







Grace TRI-FLEX
Grace TRI-FLEX is an innovative spunbonded polypropylene coated with a layer of U.V. stabilized polypropylene on both sides. This technology, available only from Grace, creates a very durable and tough weather resistant fabric. It has excellent tear resistance, designed to withstand even the strongest wind conditions.

 





Grace Tri-Flex® Xtreme™
Grace Tri-Flex® Xtreme™ is an innovative synthetic roofing underlayment featuring an advanced skid-resistant technology. It provides a superior walking surface in both dry and wet conditions on steep-slope applications. The product is extremely strong, durable, lays flat and is easy to install. It provides outstanding water-shedding protection to the roof and thus represents the next generation in synthetic roofing underlayments.



 




Grace Basik®
Grace Basik® is a granular surfaced, self adhered, roofing underlayment which provides economical, easy-to-apply protection from damage caused by wind driven rain and ice dams. The product is suitable for application under traditional roof coverings requiring protection from the wind driven rain of strong storms and provides code based standards of protection from ice dams in moderate climates. Grace Basik® is backed by a split plastic release liner that protects its adhesive quality. The liner is easily removed allowing the rubberized asphalt to be bonded to the roof deck.


 
Grace Roof Detail Membrane
Grace Roof Detail Membrane is the only product available today designed specifically for waterproofing critical roof detail areas. Based on the Grace Ice & Water Shield® technology, Grace Roof Detail Membrane is a flexible product that conforms tightly to common roof details such as skylights, chimneys and dormer walls. It is the optimal choice for valleys and transition areas such as ridges, rake edges and drip edges.



 
Grace Vycor® Butyl Self-Adhered Flashing
Grace Vycor® Butyl Self-Adhered Flashing helps protect windows, doors and other non-roof detail areas from the negative effects of water and moisture. It is appropriate for use in high-temperature areas (such as desert southwest areas of the U.S.), although it provides excellent protection and can be installed in all areas of the U.S. and Canada. Grace Vycor Butyl can be applied at temperatures as low as 40°F and it's in-place temperature performance has been tested to 240°F.


 







Grace Vycor® Plus Self-Adhered Flashing
Provides superior protection against water, air and moisture infiltration in window and door openings, corner boards, under stucco finishes, masonry walls and other flashing areas. It is designed to work in severe winter climates, milder climates, and in coastal areas where wind driven rain is common. It should not be used on roofs. Grace Vycor® Plus is ideal for sealing joints, seams, holes, and other unwanted openings in wall sheathing systems. It is 25 mil thick and compatible with wood, plywood, oriented strand board, concrete and masonry and fully adheres to the substrate to prevent water from passing through and into the substrate. Available in 75' shrink-wrapped rolls in widths of 4", 6", 9" and 12".




 
VYCORners™ - Prefabricated Corners
Grace VYCORners™, pre-fabricated corners for windows and doors, ensure superior protection against leaks in those areas most prone to water intrusion---the corners of windows and doors. Used in conjunction with Vycor flashings, Grace VYCORners makes the overall flashing installation faster and easier while ensuring high quality of work and fewer call backs.
