Porch Flooring

Aeratis PVC Porch Flooring is a tongue & groove porch plank made from virgin PVC, organic and inorganic materials. Aeratis uses the latest emerging PVC-composite technology to provide a beautiful product with performance far superior to wood or and all other composite materials. Aeratis PVC porch flooring carries a CLASS "A" fire rating and can be used on covered and uncovered porch applications.

Aeratis Porch Flooring has a traditional 7/8"x3-1/8" tongue-and-groove profile and is available in 10', 12', and 16' lengths. Aeratis also offers traditional trim profiles to finish the edge of the porch including quarter-round, half-round nosing, ogee nosing, and Chamfer nosing in 8' lengths.

Aeratis Porch Flooring is designed to look like the traditional wood product it will ultimately replace. Aeratis Porch Flooring has the workability of wood and is installed using the same methods and techniques as wood. Each product is designed to provide the Traditional Classic designs and look of our American building heritage.

Aeratis is focused on texture, grain, workability, reducing expansion and contraction, as well as paintability. Aeratis will take on the natural look of the wood it is replacing and some fading will occur due to the use of natural fibers. Therefore, Aeratis does not warrant color consistency or against fading. Aeratis Porch Flooring may be painted, but is not required.

Aeratis Classic and Traditions are the only T&G porch flooring products on the market that you can paint and still maintain the full warranty. Once you paint Aeratis, you may never need to paint it again. Third-party testing has proven Aeratis to have the highest paint-adhesion rating available. This means that once applied to Aeratis, the paint won’t chip off, peel, split or crack, and you won’t have to paint it year in and year out.
